The Lab Dental Studio LLC will provide an invoice with each case delivered. You may pay per invoice or per monthly statement sent following the last day of the month. Our terms are net 10 days. Clients not paid within the stated terms will be subject to a late fee. The Lab Dental Studio LLC covers fees for one way shipping. For larger implant cases, 50% of case fee is due when the case is started, 50% due when the case is finished.
